DPDO Schools among the top schools in North Darfur
Monday, May 11th, 2009This month marked the end of the school year for schools in North Darfur. Eighth grade students completed the year with a high school entrance exam. The exam is a culmination of knowledge that the students obtained throughout their entire educational careers.
Two of DPDO’s Schools, Shobani and Daro, had a 100% passing rate on this exam. All DPDO Schools had at least a 94% passing rate.
Three students from DPDO Schools (two from Shobani and one from Daro) scored among the top ten highest-scoring students in the entire North Darfur state. DPDO is very proud of students and teachers at the fifteen Schools of Peace for their recent academic accomplishments.
