Peace Process

Suliman Giddo, DPDO’s president, has been deeply engaged in the Doha peace process. His efforts focus on unifying the rebel leaders and engaging civil society groups. The goal is to create a unified platform for negotiations with the Government of Sudan – ending the conflict that has crippled the region over the past seven years.
